Our Heavy-Duty Warranty is designed to give customers confidence when purchasing injectors, fuel pumps, and transfer pumps for demanding diesel applications.

HB Group ZA provides a Bulletproof Unlimited Mileage Full Factory Replacement Warranty

Coverage includes:

-Manufacturing defects
-Material defects
-Performance-related faults under normal operating conditions

Warranty period:

-1 Year Unlimited Mileage / 1000 hours coverage from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated in writing)

This warranty applies only to components supplied by HB Group ZA.

In the unlikely event of a performance issue or failure, all warranty claims are subject to a testing and evaluation process.

How it works:

The component must be returned to HB Group ZA for inspection-
The product will undergo technical testing and evaluation-
If fault is confirmed the product may be returned to factory for further testing-
If a manufacturing or material defect is confirmed, the warranty will be honoured-

Important: No warranty replacement or refund will be issued without inspection and testing.

The warranty does not cover failures resulting from:

-Incorrect installation
-Improper application or part selection
-Fuel contamination (water, dirt, debris)
-Electrical faults or incorrect calibration
-Engine-related issues not caused by the component
-Normal wear and tear
-Modification or tampering
-Use outside manufacturer specifications

All warranty-related returns must be sent at the customer’s cost-
Courier and transport costs are not covered under warranty-
HB Group ZA is not responsible for damage incurred during transit-

If a valid warranty claim is approved, HB Group ZA may, at its discretion:

-Repair the component
-Replace the component
-Offer a credit or refund

This decision will be based on the outcome of testing and product availability.

Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period.
No verbal warranty extensions are valid unless confirmed in writing.
